HOW DID IT ALL START?

It was more than 40 years ago, in 1972, when Juanita Crespo rented two family homes in Denia for the first time. In the days when many did not have their own vehicle, there was no mobile phone and where it was the you-to-you that was most important, Juanita laid the foundation stone of what is today Family Homes, a family business currently managed by Patricia Buigues, the third generation. Today Juanita would be called an entrepreneur, back then, she was a determined woman whose only goal was to make her tenants feel as if they were in their own home, as guests.

THE SUCCESS OF FAMILY HOMES

That same philosophy that drove Juanita is what today defines the success of Family Homes. Patricia has inherited that direct and personal treatment with all clients, always aware of their needs. We are not a real estate agency, we are a family business that takes care of homes down to the smallest detail. We like to travel and feel at home wherever we are, and that is what we want to convey to our guests.

We offer villas and flats in Denia, Javea and Moraira (Costa Blanca), Valencia city, Alcala de la Selva (Teruel) and now also in Cuba. Since our trip to the island, we try to help hosts with so much kindness but so few resources (internet connection etc.) to promote their private houses for free.
