Un alojamiento muy acogedor, como si estuvieramos en casa. La sombra del Ficus se agradece para poder estar más cómodos y frescos en el porche y disfrutar de la siesta en la tumbona. Patricia y Jennifer fueron y son encantadoras siempre atentas para resolver cualquier duda. Muy recomendable

L’appartement est tres agréable avec sa terrasse ombragée et son accès direct a la plage. A 800 metres du port avec ses restaurants et bars et a deux pas de commerces on a pu se passer de la voiture et profiter pleinement du confort de ce tres joli logement particulièrement bien équipé. En outre Patricia est une hôte tres sympathique. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Appartement au calme, très bien entretenu, climatisé et placé à 200 mètres de la plage. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire qui est très sympathique et qui parle le français. Très bon séjour agréable.

The holiday unit is very good located with back entrance which ends straight on the beach and a private little garden with bbq. Nearby are supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Perfect place for spending some time near the beach.

The property is in a fantasitic location close to the beach, the town, shops and restaurants etc. The apartment was very comfortable and the garden and facilities very relaxing just a very short stroll to the sea and about a half mile to the historic town. Patricia was fantastically helpful and attentive and everything about our stay was first class and we would recommend to others and will probably try to stay again

Apartamento tranquilo y precioso Hemos estado 8 dias en este apartamento y solo puedo decir que no le falta detalle, ademas de estar al lado de la playa. El jardin es una pasada..y por la mañana solo se oye los cantos de los pajaritos, que es muy de agradecer en Denia.

Apartamento muy cómodo El acesso directo a la playa , la plaza de parking pegada a la casa , sitio muy tranquilo para pasar unos días , caminando al centro de denia hay 15 minutos .. un patio con sombra para poder comer tranquilamente y donde el niño podía jugar sin riesgo , enfrente de la casa un par de restaurantes que se come muy bien , súper a 3 min Todo bien , no puedo poner ni un pero

Great place in Denia close to the beach and walking distance to downtown without using the car We like Everything. We stayed at Apartamento Net in September 2019 when the heavy storm from "Gota Fria" caused a lot of damage to the region and everything, e.g. WIFI or a damage to the washing machine, has been repaired immediately. We can recommend this place very strongly! But Mosquitos - joking, as this has nothing to do with this nice place. Everything was excellent!!

Fantastic property and so close to the beach A lovely property and the owner had thought of everything to make the stay great. They even provide chairs and parasol to take to the beach. Comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything needed and a few unexpected touches such as coffee machine, juicer etc. Garden great for evenings and eating outside and you have some sun loungers as well as table chairs and then a soft seating area. The walk to the beach is down a private entrance and takes about a minute till you are on the golden sand. Easy walk into the town either along the road or along the beach. Big Aldi just across the road. The only thing if you are english is to take along some movies either CD or connect your tablet as they did not have any English channels. Patricia was lovely and showed us everthing we needed to know. Very quite area which is great. Cant rate this high enough as it really was more than expected. Will definately be return guests,

tolle,kühle,schöne Wohnung.Schöne Stadt(Denia) die lage ist perfekt,keine 50 m zum strand.Die wohnung ist geschmackfoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.

Super Wohnung an tollem Strand Tolle Wohnung, alles da was man braucht, sowohl im Haus als auch im Garten sowie sogar Dinge für den Strand (Schirm etc.). Super Lage: Der Strand ist nur ca. 50 m entfernt, über einen kleinen Fußweg erreichbar und ist wirklich ein fantastischer Sandstrand. Auch sonst die Lage sehr gut, ein paar Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke, und auch die Stadt ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
