Fantastic villa for up to 10 sleeps in Denia, very close to a sandy beach and in a very quiet area. The villa has all the amenities to enjoy a luxury holiday: air conditioning in all rooms, central heating, Wi-Fi, satellite tv, private pool, a large garden with loungers and outdoor furniture for ten people, inbuilt barbecue area and outside toilet and shower.

The house is divided into two floors. On the lower floor there are three bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with shower, rectangular living room with TV, table and chairs for 12 people, fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, two dishwashers and electric irons. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath and a great terrace with a view.

Between 60 days before and 46 days before your check in: 50% of the amount paid refunded - 10% administration fee.
45 days before your check in: 0% refunded of the total rental.
If you do not show up, you will be charged the full amount of the rent.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend in Denia. Zum Strand oder die Innenstadt braucht man 5-10 Min. mit dem Auto. Supermarkt ist 3 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus ist gepflegt. Sehr gut waren die Klimaanlage und der Pool, welcher regelmäßig gesäubert wurde.

Villa agréable et bien placée (proche d’un Consum et d’un Lidl) dans un cadre agréable. La villa est fonctionnelle et le jardin avec la piscine très sympa.

La maison est très bien située suffisamment au calme et pas trop loin du centre ville et des plages. Les espaces sont bien séparés et bien aménagés. Les extérieurs sont très agréables. Avec une super piscine. Patricia la propriétaire est très sympa et très avenante. Nous avons passez un super je recommande.
