CANCELLATION POLICY

Up to 61 days before your check in: 100% refunded of the amount paid - 10% administration fee.
Between 60 days before and 46 days before your check in: 50% of the amount paid refunded - 10% administration fee.
45 days before your check in: 0% refunded of the total rental.
If you do not show up, you will be charged the full amount of the rent.

Estuvimos la semana pasada con nuestros dos hijos y muy bien casa cómoda, bonita, la zona del jardín preciosa. A pocos metros de la playa. Zona tranquila patricia muy amable, nos atendió muy bien, nos facilitó todo tipo de información de la zona. Volveríamos !

Una estancia estupenda. Ika siempre disponible y atenta. Fuimos dos y un perro pequeño. El espacio exterior es amplio. La casa esta junto a la playa. Muy limpia, con todas las comodidades y a un paseo del pueblo. Solo echamos en falta una pequeña puerta en la valla del jardín, aunque no hay peligro ya que la urbanización es cerrada.

La casa es como muestran las fotos , muy cómoda y no es tan pequeña para pasar unos días maravillosos , tiene todo lo necesario , parrilla bastante grande como para hacer asados exquisitos para 16 personas , Ika y su hija encantadoras y a nuestra disposición siempre , gracias por todo y seguro volveremos .

This place is in a grate location. First line from the sea. 50 meters from the villa is a really very good restaurant. Villa is not big, but quite and clear. Had a great week with family.

Einmal Denia immer wieder Denia. Das Objekt war sehr ordentlich und sauber und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig und für einen erholsamen Urlaub alles vorhanden. Bonita, limpia y muy práctica! La casa es perfecta para una familia con dos peques. Es pequeñita pero tiene de todo y todo muy limpio. El jardíncito es perfecto para aprovechar los días de buen tiempo. Al lado de la playa y a un paseito agradable del centro de Dénia. La atención de la dueña inmejorable. Seguro que repetiremos a ver si tenemos mejor suerte con el tiempo. Gracias por todo! 😘

SUPER RECOMENDABLE Estaba todo perfecto! La casa es monisima! Y son todo facilidades! Limpio, todo muy nuevo y perfectamente acondicionado para ir con niños! Hemos estado comodísimos! A un minuto de la playa y un paseíto agradable al centro! Lo mejor EL PORCHE Y EL JARDÍN! Sin duda repetimos!!!!

Die Villa hat eine ausreichende Größe für 2-4 Personen und liegt nur 100 Meter vom tollen Strand entfernt. Sie verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, eine Außenküche und einem Holzkohlegrill . Es gibt auch ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine. Es ist alles verfügbar: Besen, Staubsauger, usw. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt: Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Ofen, Microwlle, großer Kühlschrank und ausreichend Besteck, Geschirr und Gläser. Ein moderner Aldi ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Das schöne Hafenvirtel und die Innenstadt kann man in 15 - 20 Gehminuten erreichen. Ein indisches, ein italienisches und ein japanisches Restaurant sind auf der enderen Straßenseite. Besonders das japanische Restaurant war ein Erlebnis. Man braucht also quasi kein Auto.

Genial! Pequeño chalet, bien equipado, no le falta de nada, disfrutamos de una rica barbacoa, con amigos. Lo mejor poder ir a la playa en tan solo 2 minutos andando, playa tranquila con servicios. Destacar la limpieza, la casa estaba impecable y la sábanas olían a gloria. La anfitriona nos estaba esperando en la casa con un rico aperitivo, y bebida fresca, lo disfrutamos. Genial estancia, muy recomendable. Volveremos
